Sorority Demands Justice for Jena 6
International President urges members to write officials
In a recent press release, International President Barbara A. McKinzie spoke on behalf of the Sorority’s 200,000 members in demanding justice for the Jena 6. In a biting indictment of Jena's judicial system, she blamed "racism" as being at the core of the controversy. She urged members—and right-thinking Americans—to fire off letters to Gov. Kathleen Blanco and Attorney General Charles Foti demanding fairness for the six young men.
